Low-Stress Grooming Approach
We do not rely on muzzles unless absolutely necessary for immediate safety.
For many dogs, muzzles increase fear and make future grooming harder. Instead, we prioritize trust-building handling techniques and controlled sessions.
Every dog progresses at their own pace, some may require shorter or multiple appointments while they learn grooming is safe.
Reactive Dog Fee
Behaviour-sensitive grooming requires additional time, scheduling adjustments, and slower handling.
A reactive handling fee may be applied depending on behaviour and time required. We will always discuss this beforehand so there are no surprises.
Bite Policy
We take every precaution to prevent bites and reduce stress. However, if a bite occurs that requires medical care, an additional fee will apply to cover treatment and recovery time.
This policy allows us to continue working with dogs that many salons are unable to accommodate.

We offer a 48-hour grooming guarantee.
If adjustments are needed, we are happy to fix what we can within 48 hours of the original appointment. Dogs must remain clean, if re-bathing is required, a bath fee may apply.
